Speculative CVs and Candidate Introductions
We do not accept or review speculative CVs, candidate profiles, or agency introductions. Please do not send us any candidate details unless your agency has been formally instructed to work on a specific, named vacancy under a signed agreement with us.
Any speculative or unsolicited CVs will not be considered, and no fee will be payable in the event that we contact, interview, hire, or otherwise engage with any candidate submitted on a speculative basis — whether directly or indirectly, and regardless of how much time has passed since the introduction.
By sending a CV or candidate profile to TEKenable, or to any employee, worker, contractor, or other individual engaged by or acting on behalf of TEKenable, by any means, you agree to be bound by these terms. Submission of a speculative CV does not create any form of contractual relationship, obligation, or liability on our part.
